The following service terms and conditions (T&C) govern the relationship between Floorplanbase.com and you, the customer. These terms outline the rights and responsibilities regarding the content of the website Floorplanbase.com and your role as a customer.
SERVICES
You are hiring us to create marketing materials (“content”) for an agreed price, as outlined in our fees and charges. The list of services we offer can be found here: https://floorplanbase.com.
HOW TO ORDER
You can place an order on our website https://floorplanbase.com by following the checkout steps, just like in any online shop. Once you place your order and complete payment, we will begin preparing the materials and send you a preview for approval. Please note, orders can only be placed by logged-in customers.
YOUR ACCOUNT
As a user of Floorplanbase.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Please ensure that access to your computer is restricted, as you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
YOUR INPUT
We will create designs based on the information you provide at the beginning of the project. For 2D and 3D floor plans, we require either a blueprint or a sketch of the property. If sending a sketch, please ensure it is drawn to scale (millimeter paper is recommended) and includes relevant details (such as doors, windows, appliances, etc.).
For virtual staging, upload a high-quality photo of the room (we recommend using professional real estate photographers) and select the furniture style you want from our catalogue. You can also upload additional images to convey your interior design preferences.
CORRECTIONS
IMPORTANT: The listed prices and delivery times apply only if all requested feedback is provided by the agreed date, according to the project specification and schedule. We require all feedback from the customer to be provided together at the same time. Any delayed feedback may result in extended delivery times and potential additional costs.
We will send you preview files for approval before finalizing the images. Each order includes one round of free corrections. We encourage you to provide specific information upfront. If changes are requested due to missing or incorrect information provided at the start, additional charges may apply. For example, changing furniture style or submitting a new photo for virtual staging will be treated as a new order and charged accordingly.
If we do not hear from you within 10 business days after sending the preview, we will consider the order completed. Additional corrections beyond the initial free round will be priced at 50% of the original project cost.
PAYMENTS
You can choose between two payment methods:
Credit card/PayPal: We use secure PayPal services for payments. Refer to the “Credit Card Security” section below for more details.
Wallet: Registered users of Floorplanbase.com can store funds in a Wallet for quicker purchases. Funds are deducted from your Wallet only when placing an order.
PRICING
Please refer to the individual ordering page for exact pricing. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
DELIVERY
Once you confirm the preview files, we will prepare high-resolution versions and send them to the email address provided during the ordering process.
We strive to complete projects as quickly as possible. Most floor plan projects are delivered within 24 hours or less, while virtual staging and large orders may take up to 48 hours. Our operating hours are 9 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday (GMT +7). We do not operate on weekends.
The turnaround time refers to the period from when we begin working on your project to when it is completed.
REFUNDS
As our service is custom-made, we cannot offer refunds after an order is placed. If you are unsatisfied with the designs, you may request a rework, which will be granted at our discretion. You agree to provide all necessary information upfront to ensure the project meets your specifications. If we cannot complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund any payments within a reasonable timeframe.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We do not store credit card details on any of our systems, either online or offline. All sensitive information submitted on this website is protected by industry-standard encryption, equivalent to that used by banks for online transactions. We use SSL certificates to ensure secure transmission of your information.
Floorplanbase.com does not charge transaction fees, but please check with your bank if international transaction fees apply.
COPYRIGHT
Purchasing a product or service from Floorplanbase grants you the right to use the content without limitations. However, you may not copy, modify, or remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials. We will provide you with a copy of all files, and you are responsible for storing them securely.
You guarantee that any photos, designs, graphics, trademarks, or artwork you provide are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them. You also grant us the right to display and link to images as part of our portfolio and marketing materials.
LIABILITY
We cannot guarantee that the content we deliver will not be interpreted as misleading or false by others. We are not liable to you or any third party for any damages, including lost profits or savings, arising from the provision of our services.
MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using this website, you agree to the current version of our Terms and Conditions. We may update these terms when necessary, and continued use of the site will constitute acceptance of any changes.
