How much do your services cost?
For pay-per-order services, you can see pricing right on the order pages — costs depend on the service and the options you choose (e.g. number of brackets for HDR editing, single vs. multi-angle staging, 2D vs. 3D floor plans). Creating an account is free and takes under a minute. There are no subscriptions or monthly fees; you only pay for what you create.
Do I need an account to use Floorplanbase?
Yes, a free account is required to place orders and access our AI tools. Signing up costs nothing, and new users get their first AI edit on us. You can create one here and start ordering right away.
How long does a floor plan take?
Typical turnaround is 1 business day. Once you submit your source material, you receive a professionally drafted 2D or 3D floor plan back, ready for your listing. Our operating hours are Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (GMT +7), so orders placed over the weekend begin processing the next business day.
What do I need to provide to get a floor plan made?
We can work from several sources — a LiDAR scan (captured on a compatible iPhone), a builder's/architect's plan, or even a hand-drawn sketch. Just upload whatever you have through the order page and our team handles the drafting. LiDAR is one convenient option, but it's not required.
What can your AI tools do?
Our AI tools are an all-in-one editing suite for real estate photos. Upload your RAW files straight from the camera and the tools handle AI HDR editing (1–5 brackets), virtual staging (with a multi-angle option), unstaging/decluttering, day-to-twilight conversion, and free-form image edits — most in seconds. You access them from your dashboard after logging in.
How does payment work — is there a subscription?
No subscriptions and no monthly fees. Everything is pay-per-order: you're charged only for the services you actually use. Pricing is shown on the order pages, and your balance is visible in your account once you log in.
