The below service terms and conditions (T&C) manage the relationship between Floorplanbase.com and you, the customer. These terms and conditions provide insight into the rights and responsibilities over the contents of the website floorplanbase.com and your role as a customer.

SERVICES
You are hiring us for the creation of marketing materials (“content”) for an agreed price as outlined in our fees and charges. The list of our services can be found here: https://floorplanbase.com/

HOW TO ORDER?
You can place your order on our website https://floorplanbase.com/ and follow the checkout steps as you would in any online shop. Once you place your order and make the payment, we will prepare the materials you have requested and send you a preview for approval. You can place your order only as a logged in customer.

YOUR ACCOUNT
You as the user of the floorplanbase.com website are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Please make sure to restrict access to your computer as you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

YOUR INPUT
We will create designs as best we can based on the information you provide for us at the beginning of the project. Please refer to the “corrections” section below to see how corrections are processed.
For 2D and 3D floor plans we need either a blueprint or a sketch of the property. If you send us a sketch, please make sure it is drawn to scale (best if you use millimeter paper) and you have marked all the relevant details on it (such as doors, windows, appliances etc.).
For virtual staging please upload a high quality photo of the room (we suggest using professional real estate photographers) and choose the furniture style you’d like us to use in the final image from our extensive catalogue. You can also upload any additional images to better convey your preferred interior design style.

CORRECTIONS

IMPORTANT: One prerequisite for listed prices and defined delivery times to apply is that all requested feedback is received from the Customer on the agreed date, in accordance with the specification and schedule. The specification is provided by floorplanbase.com for each individual round of proofing. It is very important that all feedback from the Customer arrives together at the same time. Any late feedback may delay the date of possible delivery and Customer may also incur additional costs.

Before preparing your final images, we will send you a preview files for approval. At this stage you can let us know if your project needs any adjustments. All orders include one round of free corrections. Therefore we strongly encourage you to provide as specific information as possible in the beginning of the project. You agree that changes you wish to make arising out of information or detail that has not been provided by you at the beginning of the project are “un-foreseeable” and can incur extra charges in order to complete a project to your new or altered specifications. Please note that, for example, if you decide to change the furniture style or change a photo to a different one (in case of virtual staging), we’ll need to start over and there is a charge of 1 new photo to do so. If we have not heard back from you for 10 business days we consider the order completed. Additional corrections will be priced at 50% of the cost of the project and will be charged separately.

PAYMENTS
You can choose between 2 payment methods:
1. Credit card/PayPal. We use the secure services of Paypal payments. Please see the “credit card security” section below to read more about the security of your credit card payment.
2. Wallet. When you are a registered user of our website floorplanbase.com you can store money on our site and use it to purchase products from our store faster. You can add money to your wallet using either your credit card or bank transfer. Money is only deducted from your Wallet after placing an order.

PRICING
Please refer to each individual ordering page for exact pricing.

DELIVERY
Once you have confirmed the preview files, we will prepare the high resolution files that will be sent to your email address provided during the ordering process.
We always strive to finish projects as quickly as possible. Most floor plan projects are delivered within 24H. For virtual staging and large volume orders, please allow at least 48H.
Our business hours are 9AM – 5PM Monday-Friday (GMT +7 hours). We do not work on the weekend!
The turnaround time implies the time spent on creating a draft or a final image from the moment we start working on a project.

REFUNDS
As this is a custom service, we cannot make any refunds after you have placed your order. If you’re not happy with the designs, you may request a re-work of the project which can be granted at our discretion. You agree to provide all necessary information at the beginning of the project that is needed to complete the project to your specification. If we cannot complete a project for you due to an un-foreseen event or complication, we agree to refund any money you have already given to Floorplanbase within a reasonable time frame.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We do not store credit card details in any of our systems either online or offline.
All sensitive information submitted on this website is protected by industry standard technology equivalent to that used by banks for online banking transactions. Our secure web page uses an SSL certificate to ensure secure transmission of your information.
Floorplanbase.com does not charge transaction fees. Please check with your bank if international transaction fees will apply to your transactions.

COPYRIGHT
Purchasing a product or service from Floorplanbase grants you the right to use the content without limitations. However, you may not copy or modify the materials, or remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials. We will send you a copy of all files and we kindly ask you to store them safely as we are not required to keep them or provide any native source files we used to make them.
You guarantee that any photos, designs, graphics, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us are either owned by you or that you have permission to use them. You also agree to allow us the right to display and link to images, both supplied and completed as part of our portfolio and to write about the project on websites, in magazine articles, email marketing, and advertising.

LIABILITY
We can’t guarantee that the content we return to you will not be viewed as misleading or false from another person(s) or company(s) perspective and so we can’t be liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the provision of our service.

MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using this web site you are agreeing to the current version of Terms and Conditions. We will update these terms when we believe it to be necessary.
